  NEW SITE ORGANIZATION AND KEY FEATURES

The new site is organized around the three areas integral to a positive SAT experience: Practice, Register and Scores.

Practice: http://SAT.Collegeboard.com/practice Everything students need to get ready for the SAT and SAT Subject Tests, including a variety of free and affordable practice tools, personalized study plans, and the SAT Skills Insight feature.

Register: http://SAT.Collegeboard.com/register Test dates and registration deadlines for the SAT and SAT Subject Tests, as well as detailed test-taking plans for each grade level, a test-day checklist and the new Test Day Simulator feature.

Scores: http://SAT.Collegeboard.com/scores Score delivery dates and the tools to review and send SAT and SAT Subject Test scores, such as My SAT Online Score Report and Score Choice. This section also links to the College Board’s College Search site, where students can research the right college or university for their particular academic needs and interests.

In addition, a variety of new features have been created to help students better understand and familiarize themselves with the SAT, including:

Test Day Simulator: http://SAT.Collegeboard.com/register/sat-test-day-simulator Presented with a fresh, dynamic approach, this innovative feature takes the mystery out of test day by providing students with a sneak peek inside an SAT administration.

Answers Imagined: http://sat.collegeboard.com/practice/answers-imagined Using rich visuals and animations, this feature demonstrates how a student might arrive at the answer to various SAT practice questions.

Why SAT: http://sat.collegeboard.com/why-sat Everything students and families need to know about the world’s most widely-used college admission test, including what the SAT measures, how it is developed, and how it is scored. This section also includes a new “History of the SAT” feature that traces the 80+ year history of the SAT within the framework of other culturally-relevant events.

Free Full-length Online Practice Test: http://sat.collegeboard.com/practice/sat-practice-test Students can complete a free, full-length online practice test based on the Official SAT Online Course.

SAT Study Plans: http://SAT.Collegeboard.com/practice/sat-study-plan SAT Study Plans based on a student’s stage in the test-taking process.
