Dear Supporter of PHS Booster Club,
I am writing you on behalf of the Peninsula High School Booster
Club to request a charitable donation for our 2008 benefit
auction. This is the event of the year for PHS and our sole
fundraiser that brings in support for all extra-curricular
activities, which include academics, arts and athletics.
In order to offer every student excellence in our programs, we
are asking for your support. This year our gala event will be
held at the Key Peninsula Civic Center on October 25, 2008 with
over 180 community supporters attending.
Our booster club would appreciate you participating by donating
an item, gift certificate, cash, service, experience, or by
either attending this fun event or becoming a sponsor. We have
enclosed a donation form for this opportunity.
Your earliest reply is welcome and we ask that your donation be
submitted by Friday, September 19, 2008.
