| Whose class
was very dedicated when it came down to donating food for the
Academy C canned food drive? That would be Mrs. Kemper’s ninth
grade Global Science class for 3rd period. They
donated over 200 items of food. Almost everyone donated at
least one item, while others donated over twenty items of food.
Everyone was willing to donate for the homeless. The class
strategy was to each donate at least two items, but with other
students donating ten or more, those students overruled the
students who didn’t donate any food. While other classes and
teacher hid their donated food for others to think that nobody
was donating food in those classes, Mrs. Kemper kept the food
out on a counter to show how dedicated the class was. On the
last day of the canned food drive the counter was three-quarters
of the way filled. Despite other third period students’
attempts to try to convince us that they were winning, Mrs.
Kemper’s class still came out on top. |
